An online learning platform for an academy — structured courses, session booking, and AI-assisted automation of administrative workflows to reduce manual overhead.
The problem
Mafaza Academy needed to move their courses online with booking management and automated admin communications, but couldn't justify the cost or timeline of a custom build.
How I built it
Chose a configuration-over-code approach so the academy could go live quickly and keep maintaining the site without a developer. Course structure and session booking were set up to cover the academy's day-to-day needs, and AI tools were wired in to automate scheduling communications and enrollment confirmations — removing a class of repetitive admin work entirely.
