The problem
EGYCAN handled bulk orders from hundreds of business clients through phone calls and manual spreadsheets. There was no way to manage inventory, track agent activity, or generate invoices at scale without the process breaking down.
How I built it
Designed the platform around two distinct experiences — an Admin Portal for the EGYCAN team to manage catalog, inventory, and agents, and a B2B Portal where business buyers place and track bulk orders. The product catalog mirrors the client's real warehouse taxonomy (categories → subcategories → brands), so managing it feels natural rather than like data entry. Invoicing and agent-assisted bulk purchasing are built directly into the ordering flow.
