
A B2C retail marketplace for EGYCAN Middle Eastern Foods, letting end consumers browse products, place orders, and track deliveries online — the consumer-facing counterpart to the B2B wholesale platform built for the same client.
The problem
EGYCAN's wholesale platform served business buyers but had no consumer-facing channel. Retail customers had no way to order directly online, limiting the brand's reach beyond its agent network.
How I built it
Designed the platform around two distinct experiences — an Admin Portal for the EGYCAN team to manage catalog, inventory, and agents, and a B2C Portal where business buyers place and track bulk orders. The product catalog mirrors the client's real warehouse taxonomy (categories → subcategories → brands), so managing it feels natural rather than like data entry. Invoicing and agent-assisted bulk purchasing are built directly into the ordering flow.
